Please join WCSA, CBA, CHSA, and CAPASA for their first-ever virtual series “Leaning In" On The Hill event. These conversations with all of the Tri-Caucus Executive Directors will showcase the challenges and triumphs of strong and accomplished women of color on the Hill. "Leaning In" can be quite challenging for women of color. It is our hope that these conversations with the Executive Directors will offer us an intersectional lens to discuss what professional development looks like on the Hill and help us all grow in our professional lives.

On May 7th at 6pm we will hear from our first guest speaker, Alma Acosta, the Executive Director of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, talk about her time on the Hill where she has worked for both a personal member’s office as well as a caucus.
