On Tuesday September 10th, 2019 the Congressional Black Associates celebrated its 39th anniversary. The evening was attended by congressional staffers, DC professionals and members of Congress all gathered to celebrate nearly four decades dedicated to promoting and empowering black congressional staffers on Capitol Hill.

On Wednesday, October 9th, 2019 in honor of Tri- Caucus week the Congressional Black Associates hosted a conversation moderated by CBA President Audra Jackson with Valerie Jarrett, Senior Advisor to former President Barack Obama. Ms. Jarrett who recently, made the New York Times best seller list with her newly released book, “Finding My Voice.”
