"Leaning In" on the Hill, a Conversation with Tri-Caucus Executive Directors Thursday May 7, 14, and 21
Please join WCSA, CBA, CHSA, and CAPASA for their first-ever virtual series “Leaning In" On The Hill event. These conversations with all of the Tri-Caucus Executive Directors will showcase the challenges and triumphs of strong and accomplished women of color on the Hill. "Leaning In" can be quite challenging for women of color. It is our hope that these conversations with the Executive Directors will offer us an intersectional lens to discuss what professional development looks like on the Hill and help us all grow in our professional lives.
On May 21st at 6 pm (subject to the House schedule) we will hear from our third guest speaker, Krystal Ka'ai, the Executive Director for the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus, talk about her time on the Hill where she has worked her way up through the Caucus from the Assistant Coordinator to now the Executive Director.
